Hey LaSheonda! Your action research plan looks great. You didn't mention how you were going to share your results. Some suggestions - Campus staff meetings, Spec Ed Department meetings, Campus and District Leadership meetings, Posting on district website or related Spec Ed website, publication of PR pieces in local news media, presentation to school board, and sharing your experience with the education community through blogging, presenting at conferences (live or digitally), or writing an article and submitting it to journals for publication.
